HiB vil i samarbeid med NTNU arrangere kurs i undervannsteknolog hausten 2010. Det blir undervisning ei veke måndag til fredag (09:00-15:00), og kurset vert avslutta med ein 3-timers skriftleg eksamen på laurdagen. Eksamen er frivilljug.

Subsea well constructions-Drilling procedures from floating vessels, subsea drilling equipment (rig equipment, riser, BOP, mud processing), pressure control, casing/Liner, cementing and well completions
Wellheads equipment-configurations, installation, sealing technology, casing hanging technology
Christmas trees-configuration, connectors, installations, testing, operations
Subsea valves and valves actuators. Remote activation, position monitoring
Control and monitoring of seabed equipment

Undervisningen foregår intensivt i løpet av en uke som avsluttes med eksamen.
